Yes — every host will go through a background check before their profile goes live. We verify identity, criminal history, and references.
We're starting in Lincoln and Ord, Nebraska. Join the waitlist and we'll email you as soon as we open in your area.
We plan to cover every booking with $25,000 in pet protection, and Cody & Racheal are directly reachable for support.
Once live, payments will be processed securely through the platform, with funds released to hosts within 2 business days of a completed booking.
Cancellations 48+ hours before a booking are planned to receive a full refund; cancellations within 48 hours may carry a partial fee.
