⚠ RoCo's PetBnB is a new Nebraska business currently in its founding/waitlist stage. This policy describes how we intend to handle your information once bookings and accounts go live, and will be reviewed by an attorney before we process real payments or background checks.

What We Collect

When you join our waitlist, apply to become a host, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you provide directly, such as:

Name, email address, phone number, and city/ZIP code
For prospective hosts: pet care experience, services offered, rates, and any certifications you list
Any messages you send us through forms or email

Once booking and payments are live, we will also collect information needed to process bookings, run required background checks on hosts, and handle payments through our payment processor.

How We Use It

To respond to you, follow up on your waitlist or host application, and let you know when we launch in your area
To match pet owners with hosts and facilitate bookings once the platform is live
To meet legal, safety, and insurance requirements — including verifying host background checks
To improve RoCo's PetBnB and communicate updates about our Nebraska launch

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We do not share your contact information with other users without your permission.

Third-Party Services

We plan to rely on trusted third parties to operate the platform, including a payment processor (e.g. Stripe) for handling bookings, and a background-check provider for verifying hosts. These providers will have their own privacy practices governing information you provide directly to them.

Your Choices

You can ask us to remove you from our waitlist or delete your information at any time by emailing rocospetbnb@outlook.com.
